Two-factor authentication
Protect your account with a time-based one-time password (TOTP) app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
1. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
2. Enter the 6-digit code your app shows to confirm setup.
Save these backup codes somewhere safe — they are shown once and cannot be recovered. Each code can only be used once. Generating new codes invalidates any previous ones.

If you lose access to your authenticator app, you can use a backup code to sign in. Generate and store backup codes somewhere safe.
